A few words on boundaries

Connection and community are so important and I care deeply that you are here. My experience in advocacy and trauma informed care have guided and expanded me in immeasurable ways over the years. How I lead my life and my business today are a reflection of my experiences and integration, both professional and personal. Above all else, behind this contact form is a human, a mom, a daughter, a friend and a partner.

I am not a medical professional, a clinician, a therapist or a licensed professional of any kind. I am grateful to hold space for you and this community when and where I can within my boundaries.
